Justin Shelton
Justin brings 17 years of experience in sales and sales leadership with manufacturing companies. He believes in the value of hard work and holds a high standard for himself and those around him. Justin is a lifelong learner and is passionate about continuous improvement.

Adam Barksdale
Adam is a Kansas City native and self-professed “manufacturing guy.” He has over 25 years of experience in operations management and leadership roles in manufacturing companies. 14 of the 25 years were spent guiding and growing one of the more successful companies in the nameplate industry before starting Etched.

Mark Stang
Mark has been in custom manufacturing since 2006, and brings a strong lean manufacturing and continuous improvement background to our organization. He is a process-driven individual with a passion for creative solutions to challenging engineering issues. Mark is a strong believer in leadership and personal development. “Process discipline and automation will help us drive more value to our customers at a competitive price.”
Josh Shelton
Josh is originally from Hays, Kansas, but now calls Kansas City home. He’s spent over a decade building sales teams, working with customers, and bringing innovative solutions to the nameplate industry.
